| 摘 要： | 为研究低剂量舒必利对内源性抑郁的疗效,对39例内源性抑郁进行四周双盲对照,以汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和副反应量表(TESS)评定。结果发现,舒必利组与阿米替林组相比HAMD因子分减分量在第二周、第四周末无差异;TESS量表植物神经系副反应较少。

| Abstract: | Four weeks' observation was conducted in 39 endogenous depressions using double -blind case control study to study the effects of sulpiride. All the patient were assessed using Hailton Depressive Scale (HAMD) and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS). At the ends of the 2nd and 4th weeks, there was no difference in the factors' score of the HAMD between sulpiride and elavil groups;the side reactions of vegetative nervous system in TESS were fewer. |
