| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针刺配合穴位注射治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法：选取夹脊穴、督脉及膀胱经穴位，给予针刺配合穴位注射当归注射液、Vit-B12注射液治疗，每周2次，10次后统计疗效。结果：临床痊愈5例，显效18例，有效12例。无效3例，总有效率为92．1％。结论：综合疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎有补肝肾、强筋骨、活血通络、温经止痛作用，可延缓病情发展。改善预后，预防畸形发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of combined acupuncture and acupoint injection on AS.Methods:The acupoints in the urinary bladder channel and the back midline channel were selected and treated with needle acupuncture and injection of vitamin B12and Chinese andelica for ten times.Result:Five cases were cured,18 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effevtive,3 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 92.1%.Conclusion:The combined TCM and WM had the effect of invigorating the liver and kidney,removing the blood stasis and warming the channels to improve the syndromes and prevent the deformity. |
