胶原酶硬膜外前间隙注射配合留管治疗腰椎间盘突出症

为比较硬膜外前间隙注射胶原酶与注射胶原酶配合留置导管注入封闭液两种方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症 (PL ID)的效果差异 ,将 2 10例患者随机分为两组 ,对照组采用骶裂孔硬膜外前间隙注射胶原酶法 ,观察组除骶裂孔硬膜外前间隙注射胶原酶外并留置导管注入封闭液。观察结果显示 ,两组在注射胶原酶后 6个月内 ,随时间延长疗效均增加。两组间优良率比较 (P<0 .0 1) ,有显著性差异。观察组疗效明显优于对照组。表明 :1骶裂孔硬膜外前间隙注射胶原酶是治疗 PL ID的有效方法 ;2注射胶原酶后留管注入封闭液可明显提高临床疗效。

EPIDURAL INJECTION OF COLLAGENASE FROM FRONT CLEARANCE COORDINATING BLOCK THERAPY OF KEEPING TUBE FOR TREATMENT OF LUMBAR DISC HERNIATIONS

Objective: In order to compare the effect between epidural injection of collagenase from front clearance and injection of collagenase from front clearance coordinating block therapy of keeping tube for treatment of lumbar disc herniations. Methods: Two hundred and ten patients were divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was used sacral hiatus epidural injection of collagenase from front clearance. The treatment group was used sacral hiatus epidural injection of collagenase from front clearance matching block therapy of keeping tube. Results: Within six months later there was satisfactory curative effect in two groups. For excellent rate there was significant difference between two groups(P>0.01). Conclusion: (1) Sacral hiatus epidural injection of collagenase from front clearance is an effective method for treatment of lumbar disc herniations. (2) Block therapy of keeping tube can obviously improve curative effect of lumbar disc herniations.
