| 摘 要： | 目的 :测定四倍体白芷药材中欧前胡素的含量 ,并与原二倍体白芷相比较。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,色谱柱Nova pak 4.6mm×20 0mm ,5μm ,流动相乙腈 水 ,流速 1mL·min-1,检测波长 248nm ,柱温 25℃。结果 :四倍体白芷药材中欧前胡素含量达 0.46% ,二倍体对照药材仅为 0.225% ,含量增加了 104.4%。结论 :人工四倍体白芷主要有效成分含量成倍提高。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of imperatorin in the tetraploidy radix angelicae dahuricae, and compare it with the original diplontic varites. METHOD: The chromatographic method was carried out on Nova-pak (4.6 mm x 200 mm, 5 microns) column with acetonitrile-water solution as a mobile phase. The flow rate was 1 ml.min-1. the detection wavelength was at 248 nm, and the column temperature was 25 degrees C. RESULT: The eontent of was imperatorin in the tetraploidy radix 0.460% and 0.225% imperatorin in the diplontic species. CONCLUSION: The content of the mainly active constituent in the tetraploid is double to what it is in the original diplontic species. |
