肾上腺素在扁桃体手术中的作用

目的在扁桃体手术中注射肾上腺素,观察其在减少术中出血、缩短手术时间中的作用。方法通过64例扁桃体手术,一侧局麻药中加入肾上腺素,另一侧不加,在手术中做双侧对比观察,比较其术中出血、手术时间、术中心脏表现及术后出血。结果全部受试病人中,局麻药中加入肾上腺素侧的扁桃体手术平均出血量由48ml减少到15ml,手术时间平均由12min减少到8min,术中心脏的反应是轻微和短暂的,两侧在术后出血方面无显著差别。结论在扁桃体手术中,局麻药中加入肾上腺素在减少术中出血、缩短手术时间方面是一个安全、有效的方法。

Effect of epinephrine in tonsillectomy: an experimental observation

Objective To observe the role of epinephrine in reducing intraoperative blood loss and dissection time in tonsillectomy.Methods Sixty-four patients were subjected to tonsillectomy,for each patient,one laterality of tonsil was injected with local onesthetics plus epinephrine and the other tonsil non-plus epinephrine,comparing in such variables of both lateralities,as intraoperative blood loss,time of dissection,cardiac manifestations and postoperative hemorrhage.Results All the patients,the average blood loss on the epinephrine-injected laterality was reduced from48to15ml,the average time of dissection was reduced from12to8minutes,cardiac manifestations of epinephrine were minimal and transient.There was no difference in the incidence of postoperative hemorrhage.Conclusion In tonsillectomy,injection of epinephrine is a safe and effective method of reducing intraoperative hemorrhage and operative time.
