充血性心力衰竭犬心肌诱生型一氧化氮合酶的表达

【目的】观察诱生型一氧化氮合酶 (iNOS)在充血性心力衰竭犬动物模型心肌组织中的表达。【方法】建立快速心脏起搏致心力衰竭的动物模型 ,用RT PCR方法观察心力衰竭不同阶段心肌组织iNOSmRNA的表达。【结果】在快速心脏起搏致心力衰竭动物模型的不同阶段 ,心肌细胞均有iNOSmRNA的表达 ,表达的水平在起搏的第 1周末即达到高峰 ,第 2周末有所回落并在第 3周末维持在较稳定的水平 ,而在第 4周末则出现了明显的衰退。【结论】心肌组织iNOS的生成参与快速心脏起搏致心力衰竭犬模型心力衰竭的形成过程。

The Expression of iNOS mRNA of Myocardium in Dogs with Congestive Heart Failure

Objective To investigate the expression of iNOS mRNA in myocardium of dogs with congestive heart failure. Methods A canine heart failure model induced by rapidly pacing of right ventricle was established.. The expression iNOS mRNA of myocardium in dogs with different severity of congestive heart failure was measured by means of RT-PCR. Results There was expression of iNOS mRNA of myocardium during the different stages of rapid pacing. The peak of expression appeared at the end of the first week. It dropped down at the end of the second week and kept at a smooth level at the end of the third week. At the end of the forth week the level of iNOS mRNA reduced significantly. Conclusion iNos plays a role during the progress of heart failure in the congestive heart failure model induced by rapid right ventricular pacing.
