脾肿大形态结构与吞噬功能关系的实验研究

用甲基纤维素造成充血性脾肿大，并用５１铬标记变性红细胞测定脾吞噬功能．观察脾脏形态结构改变与免疫作用的关系．探讨保留部分病脾的价值。结果表明脾结构紊乱，单位重量组织的吞噬功能明显减退，提示保留部分病脾需持慎重态度。

Experimental study on the relation of the morphalogical structure and phagocytic function in the splenomegaly

The article reports the experimental model-splenomegaly, induced by methycellulose for the study on the relation of the morphalogic structure and phagocytic function. 42 mice were divided into methylcellulose group and normal group. Experimental mice (n =21 )were injected twice a week with 2. 5% methylcellulose 0. 5 ml IP. After 6 weeks,by using 51 Cr labelled degenerated red cell the radioisotope activites of liver, spleen and lung, the function of RES of spleen and lung, the phagocytic index of spleen and lung, as well as structure of spleen were observed. The results showed that histological structure of spleen was disorder, Malpighian corpuscles atrophied, the phagocytic function of splenic tissue in the unite weight markedly diminished. These suggested that preserved pert of the pathological splenomegaly must be carefully considered.
