| 摘 要： | 根据８８侧尸体面神经颅外段解剖的观察测量，将面神经分为颌后段与颌前段两部。明确了：①面神经主干、分干、腺内段及腺外段分支的位置、行程和毗邻关系，②腮腺导管与上、下颊支的关系；③寻找面神经颅外段的实用标志。

| Abstract: | Based on the anatomic observation and measurement of the extracranial section of facial nerve taken from 88 sides cadavers, the facial nerve is divided into two parts:anteromandibular and posteromandibular portions. Making clear that: ① The location,course and neighboring relationship of the main trunk, the primary branches-the temporofacial and cervicofacial,and the branches of intra-glandular and extra-glandudar sections. ②The relationship between parotid duct and superobuccal and inferobuccal branches.③ The practical marks with which to seek for the extracranial section of facial nerve. |
