| 摘 要： | 目的探讨拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎过程中对血清透明质酸HA水平的影响。方法对HBV—DNA及HBeAg阳性45例慢性乙型肝炎给予拉米夫定治疗1a，动态测定HA水平。结果血清HA水平随着治疗时间延长及ALT的复常呈同步下降，并随HBV—DNA的阴转以及HBeAg—HBeAb血清转换显著下降。结论拉米夫定治疗HBV具有较好的近期抗肝纤维化作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of lamivudine on levels of serum hyaluronic acid in treating chronic hepatitis B. Methods Forty-five patients suffering from chronic hepatitis B with both HBV-DNA and HBeAg positive were given lamivudine to treat for one year, and simultaneously the levels of serum HA were dynamically monitored. Results The levels of serum HA were synchronistically decreased together with prolonged duration of treatment and restoration of ALT to normal, and also were declined significantly along with met-negative of HBV-DNA and seroconversion of HBeAg/HBeAb. Conclusion Lamivudine reveals the favourable role in early anti-fibrosis against liver. |
