岳阳市1993～2005年淋病流行病学分析

目的了解岳阳市淋病流行趋势，为制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法对全市1993—2005年疫情资料进行统计学分析。结果1993～2005年岳阳市共报告淋病3992例，年平均发病率为5．96／10万。男性发病率呈逐年上升趋势，年平均增长率为46．40％，2004年和2005年又有所下降；女性发病率1996年后上升，1998年达高峰，随后逐年下降，其中1997～1999年，女性发病率高于男性；发病年龄集中在15～40岁，职业构成以农民、工人为主，初中文化程度者最常见，主要发生于已婚者，传染来源以非婚性接触为主，占67．13％。结论淋病仍是岳阳市性传播疾病（STD）的优势病种，应采取有针对性的措施，控制淋病传播和漫延。

Epidemiological analysis of syphilis in Yueyang City from 1993 to 2005

Objective To understand the prevalent trend of gonorrhea from 1993 to 2005 in Yueyang City and provide a scientific basis for control of gonorrhea. Methods The data concerning the prevalent and control of gonorrhea in Yueyang were collected and analyzed. Results There 3 992 gonorrhea eases were reported in Yueyang from 1993 to 2005 and the annual incidenee was 5.96/100 000. The incidence of male gonorrhea increased from 1996 to 2003 with the average incidence was 46.40% and it decreased in the last 2 years; while that of female increased from 1996 to 1998 but decreased gradually in the last 6 years. The incidence of female gonorrhea was higher than that of male from 1997 to 1999. Most patients were farmers or workers most with an educational baekgroud of mldd/e school and in the age group of 15 ~ 40 years old. The most popular way of transmission was extra - married sexual contact, accounted for 67.13% . Conclusion Gonorrhea is the predominant STD in Yueyang. Surveillance of gonorrhea, especially male gonorrhea, should be strengthened and measures should be taken to control the disease effectively.
