| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨过氧化氢治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法:78例分泌性中耳炎,行鼓膜穿刺抽液、再将0.2~0.3 ml过氧化氢液缓慢冲洗鼓室,术后用氯霉素加地塞米松溶液滴耳,口服沐舒坦。结果:83耳中72耳一个疗程治愈,总有效率为96.4%。结论:过氧化氢冲洗治疗分泌性中耳炎有显著疗效,操作简单,可广泛应用于临床。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effects of hydrogen peroxide for secretory otitis media's therapy.Methods: 78 cases of secretory otitis media were treated with hydrogen peroxide 0.2～0.3 ml irrigate to the middle ear cleft following tympanic membrane puncture,after that,the blending liquid of chloromycetain and dexamethasone give concha instillation and mucosolvan take orally.Results: Ears of 72/83 secretory otitis media were cured at one period of treatment,the total effcetive rate was 96.4%.Conclusion: Hydrogen peroxide irrigating has remarkable effect for secretory otitis media's therapy,(it's) simple and may broad used clinically. |
