以制度创新规范学科建设行为

随着高等教育事业的发展,国家和地方政府重新确认了普通高等学校的重点学科,加大了对学科建设的支持力度和管理力度,目的在于使一批重点学科在科学技术水平上达到或接近发达国家同类学科的水平。辽宁中医药大学在开展学科建设的过程中,实施制度创新,出台了《辽宁中医药大学学科建设工作条例》,将与学科建设相关的基本概念、工作任务、管理方式、评估办法、学科基地建设等项内容贯穿起来,以制度建设规范学科建设行为,促进学科发展。

System-based innovation for standardization of subject construction

With the development of higher education cause, both the central government and local governments have recognized key subjects in colleges and universities, and increased their support and management of these subjects. The purpose is to raise the levels of a batch of key subjects to or nearly to the standard set by advanced countries. During the process of subject strengthening, the Niaoning University of Chinese Medicine aimed at system-based innovation, and published Subject Strengthening Work Regulations of Niaoning University of Chinese Medicine, which puts together basic concepts, work targets, management methods, evaluation methods, and base construction of subject strengthening. System-based innovation for standardization of subject construction can serve to promote further development of these subjects.
