| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性鼻窦炎患者围手术期的护理。方法对106例慢性鼻窦炎患者围手术期进行有针对性的心理护理和全面的术前准备、术中护理、术后护理及出院指导。结果106例慢性鼻窦炎患者通过功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗和护理干预，全部康复出院。结论为慢性鼻窦炎患者做好有针对性的心理护理和全面的围术期护理是该病康复的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing care of chronic sinusitis. Methods Corresponding mental nursing, thorough preoperative preparations, intraoperative nursing, and postoperative nursing and discharge guidance were performed on 106 cases of chronic sinusitis in the perioperative period. Results All 106 cases of chronic sinusitis were recovered and discharged after receiving functional endoscopic sinus surgery and nursing interventions. Conclusion Implementation of corresponding mental nursing and thorough perioperative nursing can be the key to promoting the rehabiliation of the patients with chronic sinusitis. |
