团体咨询结合个别咨询提高少数民族大学生自信水平效果评价

目的探讨团体咨询和个别咨询相结合对提高少数民族大学生自信水平的效果，为高校大学生心理干预措施的实施提供依据。方法采用团体心理咨询和个别咨询相结合的训练方法对右江民族医学院61名大学生进行自信心训练；运用主客观相结合的方法进行统计评估。结果16PF量表、训练后成员自信心改变自我评价表的各项得分后测与前测相比差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论团体心理咨询可以有效地提高少数民族大学生的自信心，对大学生人格因素的发展有积极影响。

The Effect of Group Counseling and Individual Counseling in Enhancing the Self-confidence of the Minority Undergraduates

Objective To discuss the effect of group counseling and individual counseling in enhancing the self-confidence of minority undergraduates,and to provide evidence for psychological intervention measures. Methods Self-confidence training was conducted among 61 undergraduates in Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities in the way of group counseling and individual counseling. The result was evaluated objectively and subjectively. ResultsAfter training,the trainees' self-confidence and their scores on 16 PF improved obviously,with statistical significance(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Group counseling can enhance the self-confidence of minority undergraduate effectively,and has a progressively impact on their personality development.
