双氯芬酸乳胶剂治疗膝交叉韧带术后患肢肿痛的临床观察

目的 评价双氯芬酸乳胶剂治疗膝交叉韧带术后患肢肿痛的疗效.方法 2007年2月到2010年7月治疗174例膝交叉韧带损伤术后患者,男性113例,女性61例,其中膝前交叉韧带损伤术后患者143例,膝后交叉韧带损伤术后患者20例,膝前后交叉韧带合并损伤患者11例,按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各87例患者.治疗组应用双氯芬酸乳胶剂涂擦并配合患肢抬高；对照组常规患肢抬高及股四头肌伸缩练习治疗.以7d为1个疗程,依据疼痛数字评估法与小腿周径测量组成的疗效标准评价疗效.结果 治疗1个疗程后,治疗组治愈72例,显效8例,有效6例,治愈率为82.7％有效率为98.8％.对照组:治愈45例,显效12例,有效11例,无效19例,一个疗程的治愈率为51.7％,有效率为78.1％.治疗组治愈率及有效率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 双氯芬酸乳胶剂用于膝交叉韧带术后患肢肿痛具有良好的消肿、止痛作用,见效快,效果好.

Votalin emulsion in treatment of postoperative limb pain after knee cruciate ligament reconstruction

Objective To research the clinical effect of Votalin emulsion in detumescence and relieving pain of lower limbs after surgery of cruciate ligaments reconstruction.Methods From February 2007 to July 2010,174 patients,including 113 males and 61 females,with swelling and pain in their limbs after surgery for cruciate ligaments injury were treated withVotalin emulsion.Among them,143 had anterior cruciate ligament injury,20 had posterior cruciate ligament injury and 11 had combined anterior and posterior cruciate ligament injury.They were randomly divided into treatment group ( group A) and control group ( group B) with 87 patients in each group.Both group had quadriceps stretching exercises.Both groups were treated for 7 days.Numeric Pain Intensity Scale (NPIS) and preimeter of shank were applied to evaluate the curative effects.Results For group A,72 cases were cured;the treatment was remarkably effective in 8 cases,effective in 6 cases and ineffective in 1 case.For group B,45 cases were cured;the treatment was remarkably effective in 12 cases,effective in 11 cases and ineffective in 19cases.The cure rate were 82.7％ in group A and 51.7％ in group B ( P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusion V otalin emulsion is effective for detumescence,relieving pain of lower limbs swelling and pain after surgery for cruciate ligaments injury.
