米氮平与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床研究

目的 比较米氮平和帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 将78例抑郁症患者按就诊先后顺序随机分成两组，每组39例。两组分别应用米氮平和帕罗西汀治疗6周，采用汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和抗抑郁药副反应量表（SERS），于用药前及治疗1、2、4、6周评定疗效和不良反应。结果 两组治疗前后疗效均有显著性差异（P〈0．01），两组间的疗效差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。米氮平的主要不良反应是口干、心悸等，帕罗西汀的主要不良反应是性功能障碍及睡眠障碍。结论 米氮平和帕罗西汀均是治疗抑郁症的安全和有效的药物，两药的疗效和不良反应各有其不同的特点。

A comparative study of mirtazapine and paroxetine in the treatment of depression

Objective To explore the efficacy and adverse reactions of paroxetine and mitazapine in the treatment of depression.Methods A total of 78 patients with depressive episodes were randomly assigned to treatment with mirtazapine and paroxetine for 6 weeks.HAMD and SERS were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects before and 1,2,4,6 weeks after treatment .Results Both paroxetine and mirtazapine groups showed significant improvement in the depressive symptoms (P<0.01),but no difference of effectiveness was found between two groups(P>0.05).The common adverse effects in mirazapine group were dry mouth and palpitation, and those in paroxetine group were sexual dysfunction and sleep disorder .Conclusion Mirtazapine and paroxetine are effective and safe drugs for treating depressive episodes,and they show different characteristics in efficacy and adverse reactions.
