消定膏对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓急性炎症的影响及致敏性实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究消定膏在二甲苯致小鼠耳廓急性炎症动物模型上的抗炎作用及其对皮肤的致敏性。方法:采用耳廓两面均匀涂抹二甲苯50μL的方法诱导小鼠动物模型。动物分为模型对照组,消定膏高、中、低剂量组及阳性对照药青鹏膏组,计算对小鼠单侧耳的肿胀抑制率;通过与高致敏物2、4-二硝基氯苯比较研究其致敏性。结果:与模型组比较,消定膏高、中剂量组均可明显改善炎性小鼠耳廓肿胀度,其中中剂量组抑制作用最为显著,抑制率达23.1%;且对皮肤无过敏反应。结论:消定膏对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓急性炎症具有改善作用,可减轻炎性耳廓的肿胀度,且对皮肤无致敏反应。

Abstract:Objective:To study XiaoDingGao for animal models of xylene-induced mouse ear inflammation in an-ti-inflammatory and sensitization of skin.Method:Animal model was induced by xylene in animal ear both sides.Animals were divided into model control group,high(2 g / kg),middle(1 g / kg) and low(0.59 g / kg) dose XiaoDingGao groups and positive control group of QingPengGao.The swelling inhibition rate of a single ear was calculated.The sensitization was observed by high allergen 2,4 dinitrochlorobenzene.Results:Compared with model group,high and middle doses can significantly improve inflammatory mouse ear swelling,which middle dose group got the most significant inhibition,the inhibition rate was 23.1%,and there were not allergic reactions on the skin.Conclusion:XiaoDingGao can improve acute inflammation of mouse ear induced by xylene and reduce the inflammatory ear swelling.There was not skin sensitization.
