含左氧氟沙星化疗方案治疗复治涂阳肺结核的临床效果分析

目的分析含左氧氟沙星化疗方案对复治涂阳肺结核患者的临床治疗效果。方法 90例复治涂阳肺结核患者,使用随机抽签方法分为实验组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者进行常规化疗,实验组患者在对照组的基础上使用含左氧氟沙星的化疗方法。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组不良反应发生率6.67%低于对照组的28.89%,差异有统计学意义(χ²=7.6014,P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率95.56%高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ²=12.2562, P<0.05)。结论对复治涂阳肺结核患者进行含左氧氟沙星的化疗方法效果显著优于常规化疗,且患者发生不良反发生率较低,具有较高的应用价值。

Analysis of the clinical effect of levofloxacin-containing chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of repeated smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of levofloxacin-containing chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of repeated smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 90 patients with repeated smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into experimental group and control group according to random lottery method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received conventional chemotherapy,and the experimental group received levofloxacin-containing chemotherapy based on the control group.The clinical effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions 6.67%of the experimental group was lower than 28.89%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ²=7.6014,P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 95.56%of the experimental group was higher than 66.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ²=12.2562,P<0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin-containing chemotherapy shows better effect than that of conventional chemotherapy in the treatment of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis regimen in the treatment of repeated smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis with low incidence of adverse reactions,which has high application value.
