大剂量阿莫西林联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌感染患者的疗效

目的分析大剂量阿莫西林联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌感染患者的临床疗效。方法98例幽门螺杆菌感染患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各49例。对照组采用四联疗法进行治疗,观察组采用大剂量阿莫西林联合艾司奥美拉唑进行治疗。比较两组患者幽门螺杆菌根除率,幽门螺杆菌根除患者复发率,不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者的幽门螺杆菌根除率为95.92%,高于对照组的83.67%,差异具有统计学意义(χ²=4.009,P<0.05)。观察组幽门螺杆菌根除患者的复发率为6.38%,低于对照组的29.27%,差异具有统计学意义(χ²=8.111,P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为8.16%,低于对照组的24.49%,差异具有统计学意义(χ²=4.780,P<0.05)。结论大剂量阿莫西林联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌感染患者的临床疗效较好,可有效提高患者的幽门螺杆菌根除率,降低复发率及不良反应发生率,临床应用价值较高。

Efficacy of high-dose amoxicillin combined with esomeprazole in the treatment of patients with Helicobacter pylori infection

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of high-dose amoxicillin combined with esomeprazole in the treatment of patients with Helicobacter pylori infection.Methods A total of 98 patients with Helicobacter pylori infection as study subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,and the observation group was treated with high-dose amoxicillin combined with esomeprazole.The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori,the recurrence rate of Helicobacter pylori eradication patients and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori of the observation group was 95.92%,which was higher than 83.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ²=4.009,P<0.05).The recurrence rate of Helicobacter pylori eradication patients of the observation group was 6.38%,which was lower than 29.27%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ²=8.111,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 8.16%,which was lower than 24.49%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ²=4.780,P<0.05).Conclusion High-dose amoxicillin combined with esomeprazole has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with Helicobacter pylori infection,which can effectively improve the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori,reduce the recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions.This method has high clinical application value.
