Effect analysis of rational application of antibacterial drugs in gynecological perioperative period

Objective To analyze the rational application of antibacterial drugs in gynecological perioperative period.Methods According to the different admission time,200 patients were divided into the reference group(January to December 2017)and the experimental group(January to December 2018),with 100 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group were before rational application of antibacterial drugs in gynecological perioperative period,and patients in the experimental goup were after rational application of antibacterial drugs in gynecological perioperative period.The name,dosage,usage,starting and ending time,combination of antibiotics and infection of surgical site of various antibiotics used in perioperative period were recorded in detail,and all the results were recorded in computer for summary and analysis.Results The correct rate of selection of antibacterial drugs for preventive use in the experimental group was 99.00%,the correct rate of first medication time was 98.00%,and the correct rate of total preventive medication time was 99.00%,which were significantly higher than 85.00%,82.00%,and 83.00%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rational use of antibacterial drugs during the perioperative period of gynecological surgery patients can effectively reduce the infection rate of the incision site,improve the rational utilization of antibacterial drugs,and save a lot of medical resources to a certain extent,which should attract clinical attention and attention.
