安军明主任医师治疗小儿周围性面瘫临床经验撷要

安军明主任医师认为小儿脏腑娇嫩,易被邪侵,风邪中络则易导致周围性面瘫,且感冒为其主要诱发因素。该病急性期邪气表浅,变化迅速,治疗以祛浅表之风邪为主,予远端针刺配合耳部贴压揿针治疗;恢复期邪气始衰,正气始复,为治疗关键时期,治宜调和营卫、活血通络、祛邪扶正,予局部浅刺与远端针刺相结合,辅以方氏头针进行头部穴位刺激;后遗症期治宜益气通络、活血补血,治疗仍以针刺为主,配合中药及小儿推拿,疗效显著。附案例1则,以资验证。

Extracted clinical experience of archiater AN Junming in the treatment of children with peripheral facial paralysis

Archiater AN Junming holds that children’s zang and fu organs are delicate and prone to be invaded by pathogenic factors,while pathogenic wind attacking collaterals easily leads to peripheral facial paralysis,in addition,cold is the main inducing factor.In the acute stage,pathogenic factor is superficial and changes rapidly.The treatment is mainly to expel the superficial pathogenic wind,and the distal acupuncture combined with auricular plastering and thumb-tack needle therapy is given.During the recovery stage,the pathogenic factor begins to decline and the healthy qi begins to recover,which is the critical period for treatment.The treatment is to regulate nutrient qi and defensive qi,activate blood to dredge collaterals,expel pathogenic factors and strengthen healthy qi,and combine local shallow needling with distal acupuncture,supplemented with FANG’s scalp acupuncture for head acupoint stimulation.Sequela stage is more common in children.It should be treated with replenishing qi to dredge collaterals and activating and nourishing blood.Acupuncture is still the main treatment,combined with Chinese materia medica and pediatric tuina,with significant curative effect.One case is attached for verification.
