连续性血液净化治疗ICU重症急损伤对减少患者并发症的价值研究

目的分析连续性血液净化疗法用于重症加强护理病房(ICU)重症急损伤疾病患者治疗中对并发症情况的影响。方法 38例ICU重症急损伤疾病患者,依据治疗方法不同分为参照组和连续性血液净化组,各19例。参照组患者接受消炎、抗感染、降颅压、吸氧、抗休克以及对症疗法等常规ICU救治措施进行治疗,连续性血液净化组患者接受连续性血液净化疗法联合常规ICU救治措施治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果连续性血液净化组临床治疗总有效率为94.74%,显著高于参照组的68.42%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。连续性血液净化组并发症发生率为5.26%,显著低于参照组的36.84%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连续性血液净化疗法用于ICU重症急损伤疾病患者临床治疗中的疗效显著,能够明显改善急慢性健康状态,降低并发症发生率。

Study on the value of continuous blood purification in the treatment of severe acute injury in ICU to reduce complications

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous blood purification(CBP)on complications of patients with severe acute injury in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods A total of 38 patients with severe acute injury in ICU were divided into reference group and continuous blood purification group according to different treatment methods,with 19 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group received conventional ICU treatment measures such as anti-inflammatory,anti infection,intracranial pressure reduction,oxygen inhalation,anti shock and symptomatic therapy,and patients in continuous blood purification group received continuous blood purification combined with conventional ICU treatment.The clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment of continuous blood purification group was 94.74%,which was significantly higher than 68.42%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of continuous blood purification group was 5.26%,which was significantly lower than 36.84%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous blood purification therapy has a significant effect in the clinical treatment of severe acute injury patients in ICU,which can significantly improve the acute and chronic health status and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients.
