儿科护士体面劳动感现状及影响因素分析

摘    要:目的调查儿科护士的体面劳动感现状及影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年1月—2019年1月唐山市8家公立医院的372名儿科护士作为研究对象,使用自制儿科护士基本情况问卷、中国护士工作压力源量表、工作-家庭支持量表、社会支持评定量表和体面劳动感知量表对其进行调查。共发放问卷372份,回收有效问卷364份,有效回收率为97.85%。结果儿科护士的体面劳动感知量表总分为(51.57±8.35)分,中国护士工作压力源量表总分为(109.69±12.62)分,工作支持量表总分为(92.48±17.14)分,家庭支持量表总分为(46.53±12.36)分,社会支持评定量表总分为(42.45±6.47)分;多重线性回归分析显示,学历水平、职称、工资收入、是否在编、是否担任领导职务、是否遭受工作场所暴力、参与学习次数、工作压力、工作支持、家庭支持、社会支持是儿科护士体面劳动感的影响因素(P<0.05),共解释总变异的41.8%。结论儿科护士体面劳动感水平较低,应重视儿科护士的待遇提升、职业发展、临床决策权,对儿科护士防范工作场所暴力进行培训,创造机会提高家庭及社会对儿科护理工作的认知和信任,给儿科护士创造更多外出学习及参加继续教育、学术交流的机会,以提升其体面劳动感。

Abstract:Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of pediatric nurses'decent work perception.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,convenience sampling was used to select 372 pediatric nurses from 8 public hospitals in Tangshan City as the research objects.All nurses were investigated with the self-designed pediatric nurse general information questionnaire,Chinese Nurses Stressor Scale(CNSS),Work Family Support Scale(WFSS),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),Decent Work Perception Scale(DWPS).A total of 372 questionnaires were issued,and 364 valid questionnaires were returned,with the valid response rate of 97.85%.Results The total scores of DWPS,CNSS,Work Support Scale,Family Support Scale and SSRS were(51.57±8.35),(109.69±12.62),(92.48±17.14),(46.53±12.36)and(42.45±6.47)respectively.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of pediatric nurses'decent work perception included the education level,job title,salary income,whether they were authorized strength,whether they held a leadership position,whether they suffered workplace violence,the number of participation in learning,work pressure,work support,family support and social support(P<0.05),which explained 41.8%of the total variation.Conclusions Pediatric nurses have low levels of decent work perception.We should pay attention to the treatment improvement,career development and the clinical decision-making power of pediatric nurses,train pediatric nurses to prevent workplace violence,and create opportunities to increase family and society's awareness and trust in pediatric nursing,and create for pediatric nurses many opportunities to go out to study and participate in continuing education and academic exchanges,so as to enhance pediatric nurses'decent work perception.
