Abstract:In order to reduce the cost of drug development,and make accurate clinical prediction of the occurrence and development of specific heart diseases and formulate personalized treatment plans,it is necessary to develop a relevant in vitro experimental platform with high accuracy.It can simulate the complex cardiac microenvironment exactly,and ensure easy operation and low economic cost.The heart chip comes into being.The heart chip uses its fine structure to accurately simulate the in vivo environment,which greatly improves the reliability of the in vitro experimental platform and becomes one of the most important development directions in the field of heart tissue engineering in the future.In this paper,the basic composition and optimization of the heart chip were reviewed.
