基于回馈理论的健康教育在癫痫患儿父母中的应用研究

目的 探讨基于回馈理论的健康教育在癫痫患儿父母中应用的效果。 方法 采用便利抽样法选取2019年9-12月我院收治的198例癫痫患儿的父母为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各99例。对照组实施常规的健康教育,观察组实施基于回馈理论的健康教育。比较2组对癫痫相关知识的掌握情况、焦虑抑郁情况及对护理工作的满意度。 结果 干预后,观察组癫痫相关知识的掌握情况及对护理工作的满意度均显著高于对照组(Z=-6.769,P<0.001;Z=-4.927,P<0.001),观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组(t=3.511,P=0.001; t=3.253,P=0.002)。 结论 基于回馈理论的健康教育可有效提高患儿父母的疾病知识水平,减轻其焦虑、抑郁水平,提高其对护理工作的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

The effect of health education based on feedback theory on parents of children with epilepsy

Objective To explore the effect of health education based on the feedback theory on parents of children with epilepsy.Methods Totally 198 parents of children with epilepsy and treated between September and December 2019 in a class-3 grade-A children's hospital,were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group,each of 99,according to a random number table.The control group was given routine health education,while the observation group was provided with health education based on feedback theory.Parents′mastery of epilepsy knowledge,satisfaction to nursing,as well as anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups.Results The mastery of epilepsy knowledge and satisfaction of parents in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(Z=-6.769,P<0.001;Z=-4.927,P<0.001),while the score of anxiety and depression of the former were significantly lower than the latter(t=3.511,P=0.001;t=3.253,P=0.002).Conclusion Health education based on feedback theory can not only effectively improve parental knowledge of the disease and their satisfaction to nursing,but also relieve their anxiety and depression,which is worthy of application in the clinical practice.
