HIV感染者心理弹性的质性研究

目的探讨HIV感染者(PLHIV)心理弹性表现,为提高PLHIV心理弹性,促进其早日恢复正常生活提供参考。方法2019年4—7月,采用目的抽样法选取四川省泸州市某艾滋病定点诊疗机构和某疾控中心抗病毒治疗的14例PLHIV为研究对象,进行深入访谈,采用Colaizzi现象学研究方法进行资料分析。结果PLHIV心理弹性表现提炼出3个主题,包括接受、应对、重构。结论医务人员可以根据PLHIV心理弹性表现帮助感染者尽快接受感染事实和掌握有效应对的策略,并促进感染者达到理想重构,加入艾滋病防控工作,为实现"零艾滋"共同努力。

A qualitative study on the psychological resilience of people living with HIV

Objective To explore the psychological resilience of people living with human immunodeficiency virus(PLHIV),so as to provide a reference for improving the psychological resilience of PLHIV and promoting them to return to normal life as soon as possible.Methods From April to July 2019,purpose sampling was used to select 14 cases of PLHIV treated with antiretroviral treatment at a designated acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)clinic and a center for disease control and prevention in Luzhou City,Sichuan Province.The in-depth interview was conducted with PLHIV and data analysis was carried out using the method of Colaizzi phenomenology.Results PLHIV psychological resilience was refined into three themes,including acceptance,coping and reconstruction.Conclusions Based on the psychological resilience of PLHIV,medical staff can help the infected people to accept the facts of infection as soon as possible and master effective response strategies,and promote the ideal reconstruction of the infected people,and join the work of AIDS prevention and control,and work together to achieve"Zero AIDS".
