桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合布地奈德治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效研究

目的研究桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合布地奈德治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的效果。方法 96例AR患者,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和研究组,每组48例。对照组采取布地奈德治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊。比较两组患者治疗前后相关症状评分、血清特异性免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平及鼻炎症状评分。结果治疗前,两组患者鼻塞、鼻痒、打喷嚏、流涕评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者鼻塞、鼻痒、打喷嚏、流涕评分分别为(1.32±0.34)、(1.06±0.40)、(0.95±0.34)、(1.32±0.43)分,均低于对照组的(2.78±0.56)、(2.34±0.67)、(2.11±0.45)、(2.22±0.45)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清特异性IgE水平、鼻炎症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者血清特异性IgE水平为(3.34±1.04)IU/ml,鼻炎症状评分为(5.45±1.13)分,均低于对照组的(5.54±1.45)IU/ml、(8.34±1.21)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=8.542、12.094, P=0.000、0.000<0.05)。结论对于AR可实施桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合布地奈德治疗,患者相关症状能够得到有效好转,血清特异性IgE有效下降,值得推广应用。

Clinical efficacy of eucalyptol,limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules combined with budesonide in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

Objective To study the effect of eucalyptol,limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules combined with budesonide in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 96 AR patients were divided into control group and research group according to different treatment methods,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide,and the research group was treated with eucalyptol,limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules based on the control group.The scores of related symptoms,serum specific immunoglobulin E(IgE)levels and rhinitis symptoms scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in stuffed nose,itchy nose,sneezing,runny nose score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the stuffed nose,itchy nose,sneezing,runny nose score of the research group were(1.32±0.34),(1.06±0.40),(0.95±0.34)and(1.32±0.43)points,which were all lower than(2.78±0.56),(2.34±0.67),(2.11±0.45)and(2.22±0.45)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in serum specific IgE level,rhinitis symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum specific IgE(3.34±1.04)IU/ml and rhinitis symptom score(5.45±1.13)points of the research group were all lower than(5.54±1.45)IU/ml and(8.34±1.21)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.542,12.094;P=0.000,0.000<0.05).Conclusion For allergic rhinitis,eucalyptol,limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules combined with budesonide can effectively improve the related symptoms and lower serum specific IgE,which is worthy of promotion and application.
