| Abstract: | Objective To explore the education effect of simulating animation surgery video on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with colon cancer,in order to build the effective nursing method for rapid recovery.Methods A total of 240 colon cancer patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group(n=120)and control group(n=120).The control group received conventional nursing and the observation group received the education of simulating animation surgery video based on the routine care.Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Visual Analogue Scale were used to evaluate their psychological state and the severity of the pain.Besides,the time of anal exhaust and defecation,the hospitalization time and the hospitalization cost were recorded.Results After operation,the scores of anxiety,depression and pain of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The first time of exhaust and the hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The education therapy of simulating surgery video can relieve patients'anxiety,depression and pain,which can improve the postoperative rehabilitation effect. |
