几种少见脾病变的CT诊断(附12例报告)

目的分析几种少见脾病变的ＣＴ表现，提高脾脏疾病的诊断水平。方法采用ＣＴ（ＰＩＣＫＥＲ１２００ＥＸ型ＣＴ），对６例脾梗塞、５例脾转移瘤、１例脾原发恶性淋巴瘤进行平扫和增强，均经手术病理和治疗随访观察证实。结果脾梗塞呈三角形或不规则形低密度区，病变无强化；脾转移瘤为囊状低密度肿块，单发或多发，病灶呈小结节状或环形强化；脾原发恶性淋巴瘤，呈局灶性低密度区和不均匀强化。结论上述几种脾病变均有一定的ＣＴ征象，结合临床可做出正确诊断。

Diagnose on CT of Several Rareness Focus of Spleen

Purpose In order to analyse CT feature in patient with several rareness focus of spleen (SRFS),Improve the ability of dignosis of SRFS.Methods We use the PICKER 1200 EX CT scanner.After CT exami nation,twelve patients with SRFS were proved by opertion and pathology which were observed by treatment and along with visit.Six cases were splenic infraction,Five cases were matastasis tumors of spleen,One case is prim ary lymphoma.Results The splenic infraction was showed triangular or unr egular low density regions which had no enhancement,Metastasis tumor of spleen had imaged cystiform low density single or several masses,The patho logicai presented little nodular or circle enhancement.Primary lymphoma of spleen had presented part range low density regions and uneven enhancement .Conclusion The focus of spleen that we have discussed have special CT feature,we can make the correct dignosis but we must combine with clinical.
