胫骨骨不连髓内钉固定植骨与钢板内固定植骨治疗的探讨

目的：分析髓内钉固定植骨与钢板内固定植骨治疗胫骨骨不连的临床疗效。方法：选择胫骨骨不连患者50例作为研究对象,分为髓内钉固定植骨的观察组与钢板内固定植骨的对照组,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者接受治疗后的临床疗效明显优于对照组患者（P〈0.05）;两组患者接受治疗的平均手术时间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,观察组患者的平均住院时间及愈合时间均明显短于对照组患者（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的日常生活活动能力以及关节功能评分均明显高于对照组患者（P〈0.05）。结论：髓内钉固定植骨治疗胫骨骨不连可以取得更佳的临床效果,具有积极的临床意义。

Study of Intramedullary nail fixation and plate fixation bone graft in the treatment of tibial nonunion

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Intramedullary nail fixation and plate fixation bone graft in the treatment of tibial nonunion.Methods 50 patients with tibial nonunion were as research subjects,and divided into observation group using intramedullary nail fixation hone graft,and control group using plate fixation bone graft.the therapeutic effects were compared.Results The clinical curative effect is obviously superior to the patients in the observation group after treatment of patients in the control group（P 〈 0.05）;no statistically significant average operation time of two groups of patients accepted the treatment difference（P 〉 0.05）,the average hospitalization time of patients and healing time were significantly shorter than the control group patients（P 〈 0.05）;observation groups of patients with activities of daily living and joint function score were significantly higher than those in the control group patients（P 〈 0.05）.Conelusion Intramedullary nail fixation bone graft for treating tibial bone is able to obtain better clinical effect.It has active clinical significance.
