| 摘 要： | 本文以３３名１８－３３岁青年人（无龋组，冠龋组）和５２名４７－７４岁中，老年人（无龋组，冠龋组，根龋组）为检测对象，分析无龋者和龋患者（冠龋，根龋）之间口腔卫生唾液流率及无机成分含量的差别，结果表明，无龋者唾液高于龋患者（冠龋，根龋）但无显著性差异；龋患者ＯＨＩｓ高于无龋者，但仅在青年人员有非常显著性差异，中老年人根龋组的唾液钙含量显著高于无龋线，除此之外，龋患者唾液无机成分含量并不低于无龋者，可
