2005年濮阳市华龙区集贸市场食品卫生状况调查

目的了解濮阳市华龙区集贸市场食品卫生现状,提高集贸市场食品卫生管理水平。方法严格按照《食品卫生检验方法》、《中华人民共和国食品卫生法》和《卫生标准和技术评价规范》的要求,对集贸市场加工、销售两个行业的从业人员健康证持有、卫生许可证持有等情况及其经营食品的卫生质量进行调查。结果抽检食品单位80家,有卫生许可证的35家,持证率43.75%;从业人员有健康证的112人,持证率53.59%;卫生设施配备完善的48家,完善率60.00%;采购食品时索取检验合格证的有15家,索证率18.75%;抽检糕点、熟肉、香油、预包装酱油、腐竹5种食品的检测合格率分别为55%、50%、70%、90%、80%。结论集贸市场食品卫生现状总体一般,应加强管理,增加监督执法力度

A Survey on Food Hygiene Situation of Country Markets of Hualong District in Puyang City in 2005

Objective To understand food hygiene situation of the Hualong distrct of Puyang city and improve hygiene management level in country markets.Methods According to the requirement of the Food Hegiene Inspection Methods,People's Republice of China Food Hygiene Law and Health Standards And Technical Evaluation Norms,We checked the conditions of processing and sales that included health card,health permitted and operating food quality and so on.Results Be checked thing.Country markets with health card,health permitted,good sanitations and obtained inspection reports were 112,35,48,and 15 respectively.Qualified rates of cakes,cooked meat,sesame oil,soy,sauce and yuba surveyed were 55%,50%,70%,90% and 80% respcetively.Conclusion The hygiene situation of country markets was in general in the whole.The management and supervision should be enhanced.
