量化绩效考核在护理人员工作中的应用评价

摘    要:目的评价量化绩效考核在护理人员工作中的应用。方法对该院临床护理支持中心的护理人员39人,进行工作分析、制定考核标准、制定考核项目具体实施方法、进行考核评价并统计患者和医生的满意度。结果量化考核的平均成绩达到(91.21±1.74)分,且实施后病人和医生的满意度都显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论量化绩效考核提高了临床护理支持中心的护理质量,提升了患者和医生的满意度。

Abstract:Objective Quantitative evaluation of performance assessment in the application of nursing work. Methods For the 39 nursing personnel in the clinical nursing supporting center in our hospital, work analysis is made, assessment criteria and specific implementation method of project assessment are formulated, and statistics satisfaction of the patients and doctors is made. Results The average performance of quantization assessment has reached (91.21±1.74) score, and as implemented satisfaction of the patients and doctors is far above than that before implementation. The diference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion The quantization of performance assessment improves nursing quality of clinical nursing support center and improves satisfaction of the patients and doctors.
