| Abstract: | In this paper,effects of toosendanin on the growth of larva, Musca domestica had been studied by lab observing,The results are as follows:toosendanin inhibited obviously the growth of Musca domestica, causing a sluggish development and a prolonged larval period,smaller body size and hypoergy,and delayed pupation,even permanently staying in larval stage.Toosendanin treatments could cause the occurrence of some teratogenic pupae and adults.But treatment threw no influence on the logevity of adults.The oviposition of the adults and the hatching rate of egg in toosendain treatment group had no obvious difference to that of the control group,toosendanin had no influence on the fecundity of Musca domestica. |
