摘    要:目的:探讨N-乙酰半胱氨酸对脂多糖所致体内枯否细胞功能改变的影响及相应机理。方法:36只雄性小鼠随机分为4组,其中保护组小鼠于注射Galn/LPS前1h,NAC700mg/kg体重灌胃,并随后分别测定血浆肝匀浆TNFα、GSH含量,枯否细胞吞噬功能和CD68的表达。结果:NAC预处理可明显抑制脂多糖所致TNFα水平升高和枯否细胞活化及吞噬功能改变。结论:N-乙酰半胱氨酸可通过调整氧化还原状态,抑制枯否细胞活化,从而减轻脂多糖所致肝损伤的发生。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of N-acetylcysteine on Kupffer′s function in LPS induced liver injury.Methods: 36 male rats were divided into four groups as Galn/LPS group, NAC+Galn/LPS group, NAC group and control group randomly. The rats of NAC+Galn/LPS group were fed with NAC 1h before Galn/LPS injection. The content of TNFα, GSH Kupffer's phagocytosis, and CD68 expression were determined. Results: Premetment with NAC significantly inhibited TNFα, GSH and phagocytosis of Kupffer cell. Conclusion: The Kuffer cell activity may be inhibited through adjusting the state of N-acetylcysteine oxidation-reduction reaction. Therefore the injury of liver cells induced by LPS was reduced.
