| 摘 要： | 端粒酶（telonerase）与细胞恶变、肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。而端粒酶催化亚单位（hTERT）可能在端粒酶活性调节中起重要作用。目前研究发现c-myc过度表达对激活hTERT基因的表达可能起关键作用。
