老年男性甲状腺结节性病变发展规律的探讨

摘    要:目的 探索男性老年及老年前期甲状腮结节性痫变的发生、发展变化规律。方法 回顾性分析803例经超声诊断并随访10年以上的男性甲状腺结节性病变患者,根据结节长径的大小,由小至大分为五缃进行统计分析。结果 五组甲状腺结常第0年多数为多发性结节;少数单发结节者经10年随访有69例演变为多发性,26例仍为m发性。笫2组甲状腺结常第5年及第10年增长绝对值与第1组比较无显著差异(P〉0.05);而第2组、第3组、第4组、第5组甲状腺结节第5年及第10印增加的百分比与第1组比较均有显著差异(P〈0.01)。结论 男性老年甲状腺结节随着年龄的增大而患病率增加;甲状腺结节增长缓慢,多数病人呈多发性,也有单发性演变为多发性。

Abstract:Objective To study the regularity of the occurrence and development of thyroid nodules in elderly males.Methods The 803 elderly males with ultrasound-diagnosed thyroid nodules followed up for over ten years were analyzed according to the length diameters divided into five groups.Results The majority of thyroid nodules in the first appearance were multiple,while 69 cases among the single ones transmuted to multiple nodules after followed-up for ten years,26 cases kept single.In the fifth and tenth year,the increased sizes of group 2 had no difference compared to those of group 1(P>0.05);the increased percentages in group 2,3,4 and 5 were significantly different from that in group 1(P<0.01).Conclusions The thyroid nodule prevalence in the elderly male is slowly increasing with ageing,and the thyroid nodules are multiple or transmuted to multiple nodules from single one in the majority.
