医院药品供应链优化的实践与体会

目的：为提高医院的药品管理水平和药品在院内流通的效率,对医院的药品供应链进行优化。方法：根据现代物流理论,优化了医院药品采购、药品配送和药品管理的方法和流程,基于医院HIS系统开发了新的药品物流保障软件。结果：对医院原药品供应链采取了7个方面的改进措施,初步建立了医院药品物流保障系统,并在实际运行中取得了良好的成效。结论：在医院信息化水平提高的基础上,引入现代物流理论对药品供应链进行优化和改造是提高医院药品保障能力和管理水平的有效方法。

Practice and experience of optimizing medical supply chain flows in our hospital

Objective:To improve medicine management standards and to raise drug circulation efficiency,system optimization methods were adopted in our hospital.Methods:According to the theory of morden logistics,the flows of drug purchasing,physical distribution and medicine management were optimized.A new software of drug supply logistics system was also developed as a sub-system of HIS.Results:Seven measures were adopted in medical supply chain management and an in-hospital logistics system has been initially established.All these measures have yielded highly desirable results.Conclusion:Based on a high level HIS,achievements would be made in improving medicine management level after optimizing the flows of medical supply chain and building an in-hospital logistics system.
