CT定位下微创血肿吸引术治疗高血压性脑出血180 例

目的探讨CT定位下微创血肿吸引术治疗高血压性脑出血的临床效果。方法360例高血压性脑出血患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组180例给予内科保守治疗,治疗组180例在内科保守治疗的基础上行电钻微创血肿吸引术。结果治疗组总有效率(69.44%)明显高于对照组(52.78%,P<0.05);治疗组病死率(15.55%)明显低于观察组(28.33%,P<0.05)。结论电钻微创技术创伤小,可提高患者生存率和生存质量,是早期治疗高血压性脑出血的有效方法。

Nimimally invasive aspiration for treatment of 108 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To explore therapeutic effects of nimimally invasive aspiration in treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Three hundred and sixty patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups.The expectant treatment was given in control group of 180 patients.The nimimally invasive aspiration was applicated in treatment group of 180 patients.Results Total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The case-fatality rate in treatment group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nimimally invasive aspiration for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage may enhance the survival and patient's quality of life,and it is effective therapy for early treatment of the patients.
