| 摘 要： | 本文报道5例罕见的胃腺鳞癌的临床病理和其中3例的超微结构改变。概述了肿瘤的形态、大小、侵犯胃壁深度和局部淋巴结转移情况,并着重对其中腺癌和鳞癌两种成分的分化、分布和组成关系作了详细描述。3例作透射电镜检查,发现鳞癌细胞中均有明显张力原纤维,腺癌细胞中则有分泌颗粒或分泌小管,部分瘤细胞中可以同时见到上述两种结构。对胃腺鳞癌的命名,鉴别诊断和组织来源等也作了讨论。

| Abstract: | Clinical pathology and ultrastructural characteristics of 5 cases of a rare type of gastric carcinoma-adenosquamous carcinoma are reported. The gross appearance, size of tumors, histological structure, depth of tumor infiltration into gastric wall, and metastases to local lymphnodes were described, with special reference to differetiation. distribution and mutual relationship of the adeno- and squamous components of the tumors.3 cases were examined under the transmitting electron microscope. Ultrastructural findings consisted of prominent tonofibrils in tumor cells of squamous carcinoma and secretory granules and secretory canaliculi in adenocarcinomatous cells. In some tumor cells there were ultrastructural findings characteristic of both squamous and adenocaroinomas.The nomenclature, differential diagnosis, histogenesis of this tumor were also discussed. |
