摘    要:目的:探讨不同影像学检查在甲状腺微小癌诊断中的价值.方法:复习142例经手术及病理证实的甲状腺微小癌的影像学资料,总结其影像学特征和不同影像学诊断的敏感性.结果:B超、CT及SPECT诊断甲状腺微小癌的敏感性分别为90.8%、33.1%和40.8%.结论:B超是诊断甲状腺微小癌的首选影像学检查方法.

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical diagnosis value of different medical imageology to thyroid microcarcinoma.Methods:A retrospective review was performed on 142 cases of thyroid microcarcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology.The medical imaging characters and diagnostic sensitivity were summed up.Results:The diagnosis sensitivity of ultrasound,CT and SPECT was respectively 90.8%,33.1% and 40.8%.Conclusion:Ultrasound is the first choice to diagnose the thyroid microcarcinoma.
