心理干预改善乳腺癌手术病人心理障碍

为探讨心理干预对改善乳腺癌手术治疗病人心理障碍的作用，将９８例乳腺癌病人随机分成两组，实验组在接受常规护理的基础上给予心理干预；对照组接受常规护理，不做心理干预。结果显示：入院时实验组与对照组ＳＣＬ－９０的９个因子分均值无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），出院前实验组焦虑及抑郁分值明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示：心理干预可改善病人心理障碍

Psychological Intervention to Improve the Affective Disorder of Patients With Breast Cancer Treated by Operation

To research the effect of psychological intervention on improvement of affective disorders of breast cancer patients treated by operation,98 patients were divided into two groups.The pychological intervention was given the test group in addition to routine nursing care,and the control group was only given routine nursing care.Results showed that,at the time of admission,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the 9 factors of SCL-90 between both groups,while,at the time of discharge,the scores of anxiety and depression were markedly lower in test group than in control group(P<0.01),suggesting that psychological intervention can improve the affective disorder of these patients.
