摘    要:目的:探讨槲皮素(Qu)对人肝癌HepG2细胞的作用及其对人肝癌HepG2细胞化疗效果的影响。方法:体外培养传代人肝癌细胞系HepG2细胞,以甲基噻唑基四唑(MTT)法和荧光染色法检测不同浓度Qu及联合阿霉素(ADM)对HepG2细胞抑制率和细胞凋亡率的影响,并进行比较,结果:Qu能抑制人肝癌HepG2细胞生长,诱发细胞凋亡,能提高抗HepG2细胞化疗效果。结论:Qu具有抗肝癌HepG2细胞和化疗增敏作用。

Abstract:Objective: In order to understand the effects of Quercetin that was aimed at the human heptocarcinoma cell line HepG2 and chemotherapy on human heptocarcinoma cells. Methods: HepG2 cells were cultured in vitro, the rates of inhibit HepG2 and apoptosis were detected by MTT and fluorescent staining. Results: Quercetin was possible to inhibit HepG2 cells from growth, evoke to apoptosis and rise to the effect of ADM chemotherapy. Conclusion: Quercetin possibly resistance the HepG2 cells and sensitize to chemotherapy.
