协定24号联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗肛周湿疹随机平行对照研究

目的]观察协定24号联合派瑞松治疗肛周湿疹疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将120例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组50例曲安奈德益康唑乳膏（派瑞松），适量／次，2次／d，外涂。治疗组70例协定24号（地榆、大黄、黄柏、苦参、蛇床子、地肤子各30g，红花15g），水煎1000mL，2次／d，外洗。曲安奈德益康唑乳膏同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程，判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈20例，显效26例，有效15例，无效9例，总有效率87．14％。对照组痊愈7例，显效6例，有效25例，无效12例，总有效率76．00％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论]协定24号联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗肛周湿疹效果显著，值得推广。

Objective ] To observe the agreement plus Pevisone No. 24 in treatment of perianal eczema. Methods ] Using randomized controlled methods, 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Pevisone with control group. Continuous treatment with 14d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. Results ] The treatment group cured 20 cases, effective in 26 cases, effective 15 cases, invalid 9 cases, the total efficiency of 87.14%. The control group cured 7 cases, effective in 6 cases, effective 25 cases, invalid 12 cases, the total efficiency of 76%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion ] Agreement plus Pevisone No. 24 in treatment of perianal eczema effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
