| 摘 要： | 目的：建立一种麻黄提取物含量测定方法，用于生产和市场监督。方法：以DikmaC18（0．5μg，200mm×4．6mm）为色谱柱；以0．02MKH：P04（pH=4．0）：甲醇（90：10）为流动相；以外标法计算峰面积。结果：该法回收率为99．54％，表明该法用于麻黄提取物含量测定是可行的。结论：该法简便易行，结果准确，可用于麻黄提取物含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the content of Extractum Ephedrae Siccus. Methods：The HPLC was on a Dikma C18 column（0.51μgm,200mm×4.6mm） at room temperature,using the mobile phase of 0.02M Potassium Dihydrogen Phospate--Methanol（90：10） ,ealeulating the contents according to the peak area with external standard. Results：The average recovery of sample was 99.54%. It shows that this method is feasible to determine Extractum Ephedrae Siccus. Conclusion：The method is simple, convenient and accurate. It can be used for the inspection of Extractum Ephedrae Siccus. |
