季节过敏性和常年过敏性结膜炎的变应原检测及治疗分析

目的探讨季节过敏性结膜炎（SAC）和常年过敏性结膜炎（PAC）的变应原检测及治疗效果。方法对SAC和PAC患者119例详细询问病史，检测过敏原，口服仙特敏、维生素C，外滴2％色甘酸钠或地氯眼液，其中32例同时配合脱敏疗法，1例配合心理疗法。结果2个疗程（1疗程7天）治愈患者73例（其中32例脱敏疗法在内占100％），占61．3％。3—4个疗程治愈者17例，占13．4％，4个疗程以上治愈者8例，占6．7％，5例效果不明显。总治愈率82％，有效率13．4％，无效率占4．2％。结论SAC和PAC根据检测、脱敏、及心理联合药物治疗，疗效可靠、安全、易接受、效果满意。

The detection and treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis and perennial allergic conjunctivitis

Objective To explore the detection and treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis(SAC)and perennial allergic conjunctivitis(PAC)patients.Methods We quest the case history and detect the anaphylactogen for the 119 SAC and PAC patients,and then prescribe Cetirizine and vitamin C for them to take orally,2%Sodium Cromoglicate or dexamethasone/chloromycetin gutta ad hibeo,meanwhile,32 patients among them were given desensitization therapy and 1 patient was given psychotherapy.Results 73 cases were completed recovered after 2 courses of treatment(1 course of treatment for 7 days),the healing rate is 61.3%.17 cases were completed recovered after 3 to 4 courses of treatment,and the rate is 13.4%.Another 8 cases(6.7%)were completed recovered after more than 4 courses of treatment.No obviously improvement was observed on 5 patients,so the total healing rate is 82%,effective rate is 13.4%,and the in effective rate is 4.2%.Conclusion The combination of desensitization therapy,psychotherapy and drug therapy was proved to be reliable,safe and acceptable.
