消渴降糖胶囊中总黄酮测定方法的研究

目的：探讨准确实用的测定消渴降糖胶囊中总黄酮含量的方法。方法：利用正交优选法确定提取总黄酮的方式，以芦丁作对照品，于510nm处比色测定。结果：含量测定回收率为96．3％，RSD=0．608％。结论：采用加热回流提取总黄酮，以芦丁作对照品，比色测定的方法，可以测定消渴降糖胶囊中的总黄酮含量，方法简便、准确、快速、重现性好。

STUDY ON THE MEASUREMENT OF TOTAL FLAVONES OF THE DECREASING DIABETES CAPSULE

Objective: To search for the accurate and practical measurement of total flavones in the Decreasing Diabetes Capsule Methods: To determine the way of extracting the total flavones by optimun seeking intersectly method, then with the rutinum as a contrast, the flavones have been measured by spectrophotometer on the wave lenth of 510nm Results: The recovery rate of the measurement is 96 3% and the RSD is 0 608% Conclusion: The total flavones of the Decreasing Diabetes Capsule can be measured by extracting in circumfluence, and spectrophotometer with the rutinum as a contrast The method is simple,accurate,quick and reliable at reappearance
