痰液脱落细胞中RASSF1A基因甲基化与肺癌关系的研究

目的主要对肺癌患者谈脱落细胞中RASSF1A基因甲基化的状态进行分析和研究,对其在帮助诊断肺癌过程中的作用进行探讨。方法采用甲基化特异性PCR检测肺癌、肺癌高危人群、正常人群痰脱落细胞中RASSF1A基因甲基化发生状态,分析与临床指标之间的关系及差异。结果肺癌中该基因16.7%出现甲基化;肺癌高危人群中只有6%出现甲基化;正常人群中该基因无甲基化。RASSF1A基因甲基化和患者年龄、性别、吸烟程度、组织分型和临床分期均无相关性。讨论RASSF1A基因甲基化的发生率,在肺癌患者身上发生的概率与普通人身上发生的概率相比,要高出很多,同时,经过研究发现,RASSF1A基因甲基化的发生率与患者的性别和年龄等因素无关,与肿瘤组织的分型也没有相关性,因此,在临床上,RASSF1A基因甲基化在确诊肺癌的过程中,具有很大的帮助作用。
