| 摘 要： | 偏头痛是一种常见的慢性神经失能性疾病。以往普遍认为偏头痛是一种血管性疾病,但近年来随着功能神经影像学技术的应用,对其病理生理学机制有了新的认识,相关的病因学研究也为其治疗提供了新的思路。文章对偏头痛的神经影像学做了综述。

| Abstract: | Migraine is a common chronic and disabled disease. It had generally been considered that migraine was a vascular disease. However, with the application of functional neuroimaging techniques in the field of migraine in recent years, and its new mechanisms of pathophysiology have been understood. The related studies in etiology also offered some new thoughts for its treatment. The article reviews the neuroimaging findings of migraine. |
