| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑梗死患者应用叶酸、维生素B 12治疗前后血浆同型半胱胺酸(Hcy)水平的变化及临床意义。方法检测114例脑梗死患者及99例健康对照者的Hcy、叶酸、维生素B 12水平;再将脑梗死组随机分为用药组和非用药组,用药组给予维生素B 12制剂联合叶酸治疗,治疗4周后复测血浆Hcy、叶酸和维生素B 12水平。结果脑梗死组和对照组之间血浆Hcy、叶酸和维生素B 12水平存在明显差异(P<0.01);予以补充叶酸和维生素B 12治疗后,用药组血浆Hcy水平明显下降(P<0.01)。结论Hcy增高是脑血管病中一独立危险因素;降低Hcy水平对减少脑梗死的发生率具有十分重要的临床意义。
